I created the company’s line of products from its concept to production. Alien Box was a challenging project to plan in every step for many reasons. Firstly, is the country barrier, Tyvek in Brazil is an expensive material and distribution done by only one company in the entire country. Secondly, the plan was to have the entire production internalized, even printing Tyvek was part of the initial plan.
Above all, the project was a success, we achieved the best result possible doing what I do best, creating new ways to achieve results.
In Addition, to produce the wallets I had to create a and develop a new method to die-cut Tyvek in a roll press without the need to cut in sheets. I was such a success we had even been inquired from the roll press manufacturer to help with the solution we came up with.
As a Project Manager, I created the product cost sheets and achieved the best result on each technique used to produce every part in the line of products. Managing our internal production as well as every service provider. Likewise, one of my biggest challenges in the Alien Box project was to market our products, which I had to visit many stores and do product placement and promotion to be able to get a spot in those stores.
