At my previous position as Project Manager at my own companies Alien Box and Estudio n’Ovo, I effectively managed 20+ employees at a time. Therefore, I have roles in customer concerns, design and payroll activities. Most importantly was to ensure the business was on the right track and ran smoothly.

Consequently, I understand what it takes to manage projects, multi-task and prioritize actions. Most noteworthy I am self-thought in many areas like software and entrepreneur what gave me another approach to problem resolution and time managing, all of that tied together with my ability to empathize and communicate with others.

As a project manager and graphic designer, I used a variety of software and when was needed I learned a new one at the spot to create, innovate and design original concepts for many brands. Moreover, I have always had an eye to understand how things work and how to solve difficult problems for that reason other team members often came to me for advice on their designs and how to come up with a solution for the problem.

In conclusion, I learned to positively deliver feedback and raise the expectation on their designs not diminishing the designer in any way. For that reason, being kind and honest on any critique, I always had positive feedback from others about their work.
