I have successfully run the design studio Estudio n’Ovo starting as a freelance designer becoming the General Manager. That is to say, with over 100 clients, 70 employees and over 12 years facing this real challenge. Moreover, coordinating a company from its clients to its internal necessities to become one of the most recognized studios specialized in Brand Licensing in São Paulo, Brazil.
I effectively managed 20+ employees at a time. Likewise, I have roles in customer concerns, design and payroll activities. Most importantly, my priority was to ensure that Estudio n’Ovo was on the right track and ran smoothly. In short, I understand what it takes to manage projects, multi-task and prioritize actions.
I am self-though in many areas like software and entrepreneur what gave me another approach to problem resolution and time managing, further, all of that tied together with my ability to empathize and communicate with others.

Subsequently, driving operational excellence, business development, price negotiations.
