Domini'Ara Brand Identity

About This Project

This project was almost a hobby. That is to say, I got to cook and create my own vinegar glaze recipe from my family’s Lychee Vinegar. Subsequently, I put my designer skills to good use creating the Domini’Ara company’s brand identity also faced the market to sell our products.

Roles in the project

Cooked the recipe for the Reduced Lychee Vinegar Glaze. Created the company’s visual communication and packaging. Developed a new method to produce and package the Lychee adapting common use equipment to production purposes.

Lychee Vinegar

Unique in the world and produced only once a year. In short, Domini’Ara Lychee Vinegar is an exclusive prop for refined dishes and also to give a different and sophisticated touch to everyday life.

It is a handcrafted product made immediately after the lychee harvest that takes place in mid-December. Above all, this product made with a single ingredient: the lychee in natura. Also, made from the acetic fermentation process of its must. In addition, brings to the table a striking aroma and flavour and can be used in salads, fried foods, marinades, preserves, chutneys and even to swallow. Its use gives very special aromas and flavours to the dish.
